Refunds may be requested if services are not delivered as agreed upon in the contract. However, refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or consultations that have been completed.
To request a refund, submit a written request to support@bizztechllc.com within [30] days of the service date. Include your name, contact details, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within [30] business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within [30] business days via the original payment method.
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including travel fees, third-party costs, or expenses incurred during the consultation process.
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, a refund may be issued depending on the notice period. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made [30] days before the appointment. A partial refund may be issued if the cancellation occurs within [30] days of the appointment. No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the appointment.
